Ethical Statement for the Journal of Contemporary and Applied Social Sciences (JCAS)

I hereby declare, on behalf of myself and all co-authors, that the manuscript submitted to the Journal of Contemporary and Applied Social Sciences (JCAS) represents our original and independent scholarly work.

Title of Manuscript: _______________________________
Author(s) Name(s): _______________________________

The Journal of Contemporary and Applied Social Sciences (JCAS) accepts only unpublished and original manuscripts that have not been submitted to, or are under review by, any other journal or publication outlet. It is the responsibility of the author(s) to ensure that the research presented is authentic, accurately referenced, and sufficiently detailed to allow verification and replication. If a manuscript is found to be concurrently submitted or published elsewhere, it will be rejected, and the authors may face publication restrictions in the future.

All listed authors must have made a significant intellectual contribution to the study, participated in its development, and agree to be accountable for the integrity and accuracy of the work. Authors are expected to avoid any form of academic misconduct, including plagiarism, data manipulation, or misrepresentation of findings.

Submissions containing fabricated or falsified data, manipulated visuals, or deceptive information will be rejected, and appropriate sanctions will be applied. JCAS also discourages redundant or salami publications—dividing one study into multiple overlapping articles without valid justification. In such cases, the redundant material may be rejected or returned for consolidation.

Furthermore, any submission containing unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or unethical material will be immediately disqualified, and the full responsibility for such content shall rest solely with the authors.

By submitting this manuscript, the author(s) affirm adherence to the ethical publishing standards and policies of the Journal of Contemporary and Applied Social Sciences (JCAS).
